Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information or failing to keep your details up to date may result in account suspension. Please notify our support team immediately if any of your information changes.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you must place a total of 10,000 BDT in bets before withdrawing. Contribution rates may vary depending on the game.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, group betting, or arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, all related bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
All bets on 449bt are only finalized once confirmed. Any bet left incomplete due to connectivity issues will be voided and the amount refunded. Pre-match bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started.
The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Changes in odds after confirmation will not affect the confirmed bet. However, 449bt reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from an obvious system error.
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded. For single bets, the full amount is returned. For combo bets involving multiple events, the cancelled event will be counted at odds of 1.00.

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. If a bonus wagering requirement is still in progress, the bonus will be forfeited — but your original deposit balance will be returned.
449bt may close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. If fraud is proven, all balances will be forfeited.
449bt is not directly liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform. Winning or losing is entirely the user's own responsibility. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we are not obligated to compensate for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues or maintenance.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the courts of Curacao.
449bt may add or remove any game, betting market, or service at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible before any major changes.
